Description
Too opposite to ever attract.
Olivia Willis is in her element as an administrator at the same public high school she attended as a teen. Working and living in the community that raised her is the dream-but it doesn't leave much time to breathe, let alone date. But this summer, with her roommate out of the apartment and the students out of the school, she decides to give it a chance: one date with a hot guy from an app.
This school principal has principles... despite what a certain saucy brunette might say.
Manny Ochoa Oviedo did not become the youngest principal in his charter school's history by playing it safe. When he is faced with staffing challenges that the traditional methods aren't solving, Manny tries a more unorthodox method of finding qualified teachers for his English department: he finds a promising candidate on a dating app and turns their meetup into a surprise job interview.
The two clash immediately, from their opposing views on the role of charter schools to their heated exchanges this isn't a match -- for love OR employment.
But throughout the summer, the two keep running into each other, and slowly realize they might have more in common than they initially thought. As the summer comes to a close, will their busy schedules and seemingly conflicting values dash any chance they might have for a future together? Or do these two educators have something they can teach each other?
School is out for the summer and these educators' love lives are about to heat up...
Discover Teachers After Hours, a series of interconnected standalone rom coms following the lives of educators at a neighborhood school. The Principal of it All is a low-angst romantic comedy with lots of chemistry and a happily ever after.
